The ADO has applied technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements set forth in the applicable regulations on personal data protection.
In particular, the following were taken into account: the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 29, 2004.
on documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024); guidelines of the General Inspector of Personal Data Protection; Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016.
on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC.

The most important elements of the applied system of personal data protection include:
SSL Certificate, which guarantees that the communication between your computer and www.lovem.eu is encrypted with a 256 bit key.
We collect and process only the necessary personal data and for the shortest possible time, and for any actions not related to the implementation of the purchase-sale contract you must give separate consent.

Access to your personal data, only persons authorized and trained in the protection of personal data, providing a guarantee of their security.

If, when placing an order, the customer chooses delivery to an address other than the one indicated when registering or placing the order, please additionally provide:

phone number to the recipient of the shipment – necessary if certain delivery methods are selected (required by carriers).
If, when placing an order, the customer chooses to issue a sales document for other data than that indicated when registering or placing an order, please additionally provide:
Name or name of the company/institution – necessary to issue a sales receipt;
address (street, house number and/or house and premises number, postal code and city) – necessary for issuing a proof of sale;

Transfer of your personal data
In specific situations where the applicable law orders the Personal Data Administrator to transfer the collected data to state authorities, such data will be made available.
Except in these situations, your personal data, to the extent permitted by law on the basis of separate entrustment agreements, will be transferred to certain entities exclusively and in connection with the need to fulfill the contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Administrator.
The categories of entities to which data may be transferred include: advertising agencies, banks, accounting and bookkeeping offices, IT service providers, courier companies, logistics companies, payment institutions, carriers.
In the case of such transfer, the Personal Data Administrator shall enter into appropriate entrustment agreements with such entities, guaranteeing the highest standard of protection and maintenance of confidentiality and security of personal data, as well as their use only for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Administrator.
